Our approach is systematic, thoughtful and layered.  We’ll go over pertinent findings at the end of your appointment, along with concise suggestions for activity at home to compliment your treatment.  We treat a variety of conditions and are happy to coordinate with your other health care providers.

A variety of techniques are used to personalize and tailor your session with us including: heat, compressions, Swedish techniques, myofascial work, trigger point therapy, cupping, ice massage, joint mobilizations, stretching, advanced techniques and breathwork.
